How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the app → go to the upgrade screen → tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Forged 365 → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Try the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen to reset your password. If you're still having issues, email us and we'll help you get back in.

Can I switch between the Founding Member and Pro plans?

Your subscription is managed through the App Store. To change plans, go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Forged 365, where you can switch between available plans.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your journal entries, financial data, and personal information are encrypted and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app isn't loading or is crashing. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with details about what happened.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
