Forged 365 ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and password (stored securely with encryption) when you create an account.
• Devotional Progress: Which daily devotionals you've completed and your streak data.
• Journal & Notes: Personal reflections and notes you write within the App.
• Fitness Data: Workout logs, fitness goals, and exercise preferences you enter.
• Financial Data: Budget entries, expense tracking, debt information, savings goals, and giving records you input into the financial tools.
• Subscription Information: Your subscription status and platform (Apple/Google), managed through RevenueCat.
• Device Information: Push notification tokens for sending daily reminders (optional, with your consent).

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for App Functionality:

• To provide and personalize the devotional, fitness, and financial features
• To track your progress and maintain streaks
• To send push notifications (daily devotional reminders) if you opt in
• To manage your subscription status
• To facilitate password resets

We do NOT:

• Sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising
• Use your data for tracking or profiling
• Share your data with data brokers
• Use your data for any purpose other than providing App functionality

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat receives your anonymous user ID and subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For processing subscription payments. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple/Google — we never see or store your payment details.
• Expo Push Notifications: For delivering daily reminders. Only your device's push token is shared.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (available in the Profile screen), all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers, including devotional progress, journal entries, fitness logs, and financial records.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data within the App
• Correct: Update your name and profile information
• Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen
• Opt out: Disable push notifications through your device settings

8. Children's Privacy

Forged 365 is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
