1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Forged 365 mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Forged 365 is a 365-day devotional and personal development app for men, offering daily devotionals, fitness plans, financial stewardship tools, and community features. The App is available for iOS and Android devices.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Tier: The App provides limited free content including the first 30 daily devotionals and basic features.
• Pro Subscription: Full access to all 365 devotionals, audio content, fitness plans, financial tools, and premium features requires an active subscription.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions). You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including journal entries, notes, financial data, and fitness logs. We do not claim any ownership rights over your user-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share, redistribute, or reproduce the devotional content outside the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including devotionals, workout plans, financial tools, graphics, and branding — is owned by Forged 365 and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

8. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The fitness plans and workout content provided in the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Forged 365 is not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of fitness content in the App.

9. Financial Disclaimer

The financial tools and devotionals in the App are for educational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor for personalized guidance.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data, journal entries, fitness logs, financial records, and progress will be permanently removed from our servers. Active subscriptions should be canceled separately through your device's subscription settings prior to account deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Forged 365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forged 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
